One Africa. One Market. One AI Platform.

Africa.Inc is an agentic AI-native, mobile-first operating platform for digital and financial inclusion in Africa and the diaspora.

Snaga, the intelligence layer, and ODIN, the head agent behind Collective Markets Intelligence, are the platform’s interfaces and orchestration engines: they read intent, coordinate specialist agents, connect people to services and opportunities, and execute authorised multi-step work across identity, payments, remittances, business, commerce, networking and financial services.

One platform combining digital identity, payments, remittances, SME finance, news, social connection, sports and gaming for Africa and its global diaspora.

  • Identity credentials held by the user, not in a central file
  • Agent execution with human approval on every action
  • Settlement finality by signed certificate, verifiable offline by a regulator

Foundations

Three named systems, each open to examination.

Africa.Inc is built on three specified, constrained systems, with ODIN — the head agent — running on Snaga. Each card states what the system does today, what is being built on it and its status as measured on the date shown.

  • Self-custody wallet, identity in build

    FaceWallet

FaceWallet is a self-custody wallet on the STELS ledger, unlocked on the device by a facial feature-print that never leaves it. It is the key-custody foundation on which Africa.Inc ID — the reusable verified identifier — is being built.

    • Self-custody on STELS — keys held by the user; send and receive, tokens, contract calls, explorer, markets, news and notary views in one application.
    • No facial image is ever stored — unlock compares a compact feature-print, held in the device keychain and never synchronised.
    • Session-bound access — the wallet vault opens for a bounded session after face unlock and locks automatically after inactivity.
    Institutional detail
    • What the face does: local access control for the wallet on the device. It is not proof of legal identity, not enrolment with any identity authority and not Apple Face ID.
    • The feature-print is biometric data under most data-protection laws, image or not: it is processed on the device only, deleted with the wallet and never transmitted.
    • Africa.Inc ID (in build) adds: a reusable verified identifier mapped, under the holder's consent and country rules, to credentials from authoritative issuers; selective disclosure of individual claims; consent bound to purpose and duration, with revocation; a non-biometric alternative for every user.
    • Commitments carried into Africa.Inc ID: pairwise pseudonymous identifiers; encrypted templates and on-device matching; no biometrics on any ledger; independent testing for false match, false non-match and demographic performance; no facial recognition for surveillance or any secondary use.

iOS application built on the STELS ledger; self-custody, face-gated local access. No public STELS node to connect to as of 2026-08-28. Africa.Inc ID: in build.

  • Execution under mandate

    Snaga

Snaga orchestrates AI agent teams — planning, builder, QA and knowledge — that carry out work under a signed mandate, with a human approving every action that leaves the sandbox.

    • ODIN, the head agent: it reads intent, plans the work and delegates to the specialist agents, holding every external action for a human decision.
    • Approval on every action leaving the sandbox.
    • Budget caps set per agent, per team and per project.
    • Immutable audit log, exportable for review; SSO/SCIM; self-hosted or dedicated VPC.
Snaga iOS, Activity tab: five runs held on the approval gate across three agents of the Corridor Pilot Team, each awaiting a human decision.

    • Multi-tenant API with role-based access; MCP client and server; twenty integrations in production.
    • Compliance artefacts at enterprise tier: AI System Card, FRIA report, audit export.
    • SDKs in five languages — TypeScript, Rust, Swift, Kotlin and Ada — generated from one OpenAPI document.

ODIN, the head agent, is in build on Snaga. Plans: Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise — current prices at snaga.ai/pricing.

  • Citable settlement

    STELS

STELS (Smart Transaction Event Ledger System) is an event ledger for settlement that has to be citable: contracts execute deterministically under bounded budgets, and finality is a signed certificate from a notary committee, not a confirmation depth.

    • Notarised finality — a signed certificate from a two-thirds quorum of bonded notaries, carried with the execution receipt.
    • Deterministic, bounded execution — no network, no filesystem, a logical clock only, and a fuel budget on every contract.
    • Regulator review package — the ledger's rules ship as one signed package that a reviewer verifies with a single command, without any private key.

    Settlement properties

    • Finality by certificateA transaction is final when a notary committee signs a certificate for it — not after a number of confirmations.
    • Deterministic executionContracts run with no network or filesystem access and a logical clock, under a bounded execution budget.
    • No personal data on chainThe ledger stores proof hashes, timestamps and identifiers; personal data stays off-chain.
    • Tamper-evident auditA hash-chained audit channel with a seven-year retention rule, declared by the issuer external-auditor ready.
    • Independently verifiable rulesLedger rules ship as a signed package a reviewer verifies with one command.

Properties as specified by the ledger's published rules. Network not yet public; status measured 2026-08-28.

    Institutional detail
    • No personal data on chain — travel-rule data is handled off-chain; the ledger stores only a proof hash, a timestamp and a VASP identifier.
    • Compliance encoded in the ledger's rules — sanctions screening, risk-based AML monitoring, seven-year record retention, a risk framework the issuer describes as ISO 27001-aligned, and a hash-chained audit log the issuer declares external-auditor ready.
    • Rules, signing thresholds and emergency limits are fixed in a signed contract that a reviewer can check independently.

Review package available; network not yet public. Issuer: Gliesereum Ukraine LLC.

Agentic AI

Six agents you can open and use now.

Each runs on Snaga, answers from a stated source, and says so when it does not know. They are demonstrations, not products: no account, no sign-in, and a session that ends when its message allowance does. ODIN, the head agent, answers about the platform itself and is in the launcher at the corner of every page.

  • Africa Development Analyst

Country profiles from the World Bank series behind the market pages: GDP and growth, population, inflation, remittances received, account ownership — each with its year. It compares two markets and says when their years differ.

No forecasts, no country-risk scores, and no interpolation: where a series has no usable value it says the figure is not available.

  • Diaspora Communities Consultant

How African communities organise in a host city, the search that finds them — the mission, the charities register, faith networks — and the checks that separate a real association from a costly one.

It holds no directory and will not name an organisation as existing or reputable. It never asks for identity, immigration or account details.

  • Africa Markets Reviewer

Explains how a market is put together — exchange, central bank, currency, what a shared currency union changes — and what the published figures say. It teaches the mechanics: what a peg does, how a remittance corridor is priced, what settlement risk is.

It gives no investment advice at all: no recommendation, no forecast, no view on any security, currency or asset, however the question is phrased.

  • Africa News Analyst

Reads coverage: who is reporting a story, how outlets frame it differently, and what a headline claims as against what it implies. Paste a headline or a paragraph and it works on that.

It has no live headlines of its own — africa.inc/news is the hourly page — and it does not predict elections, rates or what a government will do next.

  • Africa Technology Consultant

The digital-economy landscape of a market: who runs instant payments, whether the regulator operates a sandbox, which exchange lists there, what account ownership is — each with the operator's own address to read.

It names no vendor as the one to use and ranks none. Licensing questions go to the regulator concerned and to a lawyer.

  • African Languages Translator

Translates short texts into widely written African languages and hands back a back-translation, so you can see what was actually said, with its confidence and the dialect it chose.

Nothing it produces is certified or fit to rely on unchecked. For a language that is widely spoken but rarely written it says so plainly and asks you to have a native speaker read it.

The head agent: ODINODIN is also in the launcher at the corner of every page.

All six agents

What every one of them refuses

  • Inventing a figure, a name or a source. A missing figure is “not available”, and every published figure is given with the year it belongs to.
  • Advice a licensed professional owes you — investment, legal, tax, medical or immigration.
  • Claims Africa.Inc does not make: partners, corridors, licences, regulator approval, or a module you can buy today.

The allowance is enforced by the platform, not by this page: the panel counts down as you use it, and a new session starts a fresh allowance. Conversations are not linked to an identity and are not used to answer anyone else.
