What it answers from
The register of the newsrooms behind africa.inc/news: which outlets are aggregated, what each covers, which are pan-African and which are country desks, and which are deliberately absent and why.
All six share one reference, generated from what this site already publishes: the 54-market reference and the newsroom register built from the same source files as the pages, and the World Bank figures fetched with the same plausibility filter the market pages use. None of them has live web access, and none can see anything you have not told it.
